Monthly maintenance

Basic maintenance for tiers 1 and 2 includes up to 1,000 conversations per month; any additional cost is determined based on the customer's needs. Tier 3 maintenance is custom-tailored to the agent's infrastructure, integrations and usage. Recurring billing can be scheduled for either the 1st or the 18th of each month.

30% to begin. 70% after approval.

The final balance is due only after the AI system has passed review and received your final approval, before launch or handover.
